The Netsys NV-520GKIT GigaPort Industrial Grade VDSL2 Ethernet Extender Kit is a point-to-point Industrial Ethernet extender kit designed for long-distance LAN connectivity over twisted-pair copper cabling. The kit includes two Netsys NV-520G Industrial VDSL2 Ethernet Bridge Modems.

Using VDSL2 technology, the system transmits Ethernet over a single twisted pair, including Cat5, Cat6, Cat7, or legacy telephone wiring. Connectivity is provided through an RJ-11 line port or 2-pin terminal block.

Each NV-520G features four 10/100/1000 Mbps auto-negotiating Ethernet ports and supports symmetric bandwidth up to 160 Mbps (320 Mbps aggregate), depending on cable quality and distance.

The units are housed in IP30-rated metal enclosures and support an operating temperature range of -20°C to 70°C. Dual redundant 15–48VDC power inputs, alarm relay output, surge protection, and overload protection are included for industrial environments. A DIN-rail mounting plate is included with each unit.

The NV-520GKIT serves as a replacement for the legacy Netsys NV-500IKIT and remains compatible with existing Netsys NV-500I deployments.
