In stock items will ship the same day for all orders received before 3:00 PM EST/EDT. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Out of stock items can be back-ordered and lead times will vary by product. For items placed on back-order, Customers will be notified within 24 to 48 hours of anticipated lead-time and given the opportunity to reconsider their order at that time.

All available shipping options will be offered to Customers at checkout time. UPS Express shipping costs are calculated based on ship to address and prevailing UPS rates. Netsys reserves the right to ship all orders using its preferred carrier at a comparable level of service. All orders shipping within the State of Maryland will be charged at the appropriate sales tax rate unless proof of exemption is provided. Any customs charges including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer or their designated representative.



As of January 1st, 2014, all Netsys Products come standard with a two-year mail-in warranty. Damaged and modified products as well as products damaged by surges or other environmental causes are excluded from warranty coverage.

All returned products must be returned freight prepaid, undamaged, and in their original packaging to receive a full refund. Orders over $500 USD or custom orders may be excluded from our return policy or may be subject to a restocking fee.
