The Netsys NV-700IKIT Managed Industrial VDSL2 Ethernet Extender Kit is a ruggedized solution for point-to-point applications requiring granular network control in demanding environments. Utilizing VDSL2 technology, the NV-700IKIT provides a stable ethernet bridge over existing copper infrastructure, offering a reliable and cost-effective alternative to fiber optic installations in factories, traffic control cabinets, and outdoor enclosures.

The NV-700IKIT includes everything needed to establish a high-speed link over a single twisted pair (2 wires) of network-grade cable (Cat5, Cat6, Cat7) or pre-existing phone lines. One NV-700I is pre-configured in CO mode for the central location, while the second unit is pre-configured in CPE mode for the remote endpoint. Each unit includes four 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports for connecting your network devices and features integrated surge protection. Please note that the NV-700IKIT is designed to utilize an external DC power source (12 to 48VDC) and does not include AC power adapters.

Unlike unmanaged industrial solutions, the NV-700IKIT provides a comprehensive web-based management tool. This allows administrators to monitor devices remotely, configure static routing, and choose from eight selectable VDSL2 modes to tailor the link to the specific environment.
