The Netsys NV-450EKIT G.fast Gigabit Ethernet Extender Kit is designed for point-to-point ethernet extender applications where maximum throughput is required over existing copper infrastructure. Utilizing G.fast technology, the NV-450EKIT provides a high-speed ethernet bridge with aggregate speeds up to 1.1 Gbps, offering a cost-effective alternative to fiber optic installations.

This kit includes everything needed to establish a high-speed 1000Base-T Ethernet link over a single twisted pair of network-grade cable (Cat5, Cat6, Cat7) or pre-existing phone lines. This makes the NV-450EKIT an ideal LAN extender for FTTpd/FTTN applications or for upgrading copper infrastructure to Gigabit speeds. Each unit features four auto-sensing Gigabit Ethernet ports to support multiple network devices at both ends of the link.

The NV-450EKIT supports web-based management for status monitoring and basic configuration, including IP address assignment. The NV-450M (Master) also allows for selectable symmetric or asymmetric G.fast band profiles to suit specific application requirements. Whether deploying a new network or upgrading a legacy system, the NV-450EKIT provides a reliable, high-speed connection using a simple RJ-11 or screw-down terminal block interface.
