The Netsys GigaPort Industrial Grade VDSL2 Ethernet Extender Kit (NV-520GKIT) extends Ethernet networks far beyond the standard 328-foot (100m) limitation by using existing twisted-pair copper infrastructure, including Cat5/6/7 cable or legacy phone line wiring. The kit includes two pre-configured NV-520G industrial Ethernet extenders that create a high-speed point-to-point Ethernet link with no configuration required.

The NV-520GKIT supports symmetrical VDSL2 transmission speeds up to 160Mbps and deployment distances up to 10,000 feet (3km), depending on cable quality, distance, and operating profile. Industrial features including redundant 15~48V DC power inputs, relay alarm support, surge protection, DIN-rail mounting, and fanless operation make the NV-520GKIT suitable for demanding industrial networking environments. External DC power required. Power supplies are not included.

Each NV-520G unit includes four Gigabit Ethernet ports for connecting multiple remote network devices across a single extension link.

For challenging installations, the NV-520G supports DIP-switch selectable transmission profiles, including G.INP noise-tolerant modes designed to improve stability and performance in high-interference environments. This flexibility allows installers to optimize the connection for maximum distance, bandwidth, or reliability depending on deployment requirements.
