The Netsys GigaPort Industrial Grade VDSL2 Ethernet Bridge Modem (NV-520G) is the latest advance in Industrial point-to-point Ethernet Extension applications, while still being backwards compatible with the NV-500I and NV-202. The NV-520G features 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet Ports to support Gigabit Ethernet and provides extraordinary bandwidth of up to 160Mbps symmetrical (320Mbps aggregate bandwidth) and long-range capability for distances up to 10,000 feet/3km at 5Mbps downstream/1Mbps upstream over a single twisted pair of copper phone or network grade cable. The Netsys NV-520G features power redundancy, is compliant with the IP30 standard, and features a metal case design and DIN-rail mount, making it the perfect solution for industrial applications.
The NV-520G GigaPort Industrial Grade VDSL2 Ethernet Bridge Modem can be configured for either CO or CPE mode through a built-in DIP switch and features four auto-sensing RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet Ports, making it a simple, easy to install solution for a wide range of industrial applications. Featuring dip switch configuration for CO/CPE mode AND 8 different VDSL2 band profiles (view VDSL2 band profiles and performance table here), including a G.INP mode for noisy environments, the NV-520G is a flexible solutions for all types of industrial applications including factories, transit stations, parking systems, military training systems, correctional institutions, or passenger ships among many others. The NV-520G bridge modems are designed to utilize an external DC power source (15~48V) and are not provided with power supplies.
