The Netsys Ethernet HyperExtender XL Kit (NH-300SEKIT) provides a secure 1Mbps point-to-point Ethernet connection up to 1,600 feet (488m) over existing phone lines or network cable. The kit includes two NH-300SE Units that feature dual Ethernet ports for flexible network connections.
The Ethernet HyperExtender XL Kit includes everything needed to quickly deploy one high-speed point-to-point Ethernet link over extended distances and is great for delivering data and voice services to remotely located networks and standalone network devices to name a few. The Ethernet HyperExtender XL Units can utilize existing phone lines or any network-grade twisted pair cable and only require one (1) twisted pair (2 wires) to operate. inating expense and hassle of fiber cable and equipment, leased line, and other data line services.
The Ethernet HyperExtender XL Units (NH-300SE) come ready to plug and play out of the box for distances up to 1,600 feet (488m) at their default line rate of 1Mbps. The Ethernet HyperExtender XL Solution also features the ability to extend telephone (POTS/ISDN/PBX) service over the same 2 wires and features built-in POTS/ISDN splitters to eliminate external splitter devices.
The HyperExtender XL Kit is also simple to install and use. Locate one NH-300SE Unit in the Central Office, Computer Room, or Wiring Closet and the other NH-300SE Unit at the remote network device (NIC, router, switch, etc.) location. The Ethernet Port of each unit is connected to the network equipment on both sides of the link. The Line Port of each unit is connected to the RJ-11 telephone jack of the 2-wire twisted pair phone line (or network cable) connection extending (up to 1,600 feet/488m) between the two units. If the POTS/ISDN/PBX feature is utilized, the Phone port of each unit is connected to the POTS/ISDN RJ-11 telephone jack or PBX on one side and to the telephone set or fax machine (if applicable) on the other. Last, both NH-300SE Units are connected to the AC power source and the link is established automatically on power up.
The Netsys Ethernet HyperExtender XL Kit provides the most cost-effective solution for point-to-point Ethernet extension applications.
