Pricing

All online purchases are sold at the prevailing “Sale Price” for each product listed on the www.netsys-direct.com website.

Shipping

In stock items will ship the same day for all orders received before 6:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will ship the next business day. Out of stock items can be backordered and lead times will vary by product. For items placed on backorder, Customers will be notified within 24 to 48 hours of anticipated lead-time and given the opportunity to reconsider their order at that time.

Ground and discounted express shipping options will be offered to Customers at checkout time. Shipping costs are calculated based on ship to address and prevailing FedEx rates. Netsys reserves the right to ship all orders using its preferred carrier at a comparable level of service. All orders shipping within the State of Maryland will be charged at the appropriate sales tax rate unless proof of exemption is provided. Any customs charges including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer or their designated representative.

Warranty

All Netsys Products come standard with a one-year warranty. Damaged and modified products are excluded from warranty coverage.

Returns

Customers must contact us here to request an RA number and further instructions. All returned products must be returned freight prepaid, undamaged, and in their original packaging to receive a full refund. Large or custom orders may be excluded from our return policy or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Repairs

Please contact us here to request an RA number and further instructions for returning a product for warranty or out-of-warranty repairs. Netsys reserves the right to repair and return or replace returned products with comparable or better products at its sole discretion.
